What we collect

• When you book a call on bookedlabs.co/book: your name, email, phone number, the time you picked and your time zone, plus anything you choose to add (business name, website, what you'd like help with, notes).
• When you send the enquiry form: your answers to its questions, your name and email, and your phone number if you add it.
• Where the visit came from: the page you first landed on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source=instagram). This is kept in your browser tab only until you book, then saved with the booking.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.

What we use it for

• To schedule the call, send your confirmation, reminders and the join link, and let you reschedule or cancel.
• To prepare for the call and reply to your enquiry.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people in.

Who helps us run this

• Google Calendar and Google Meet: calls are added to our calendar with a Meet link. To show open times, the booking page checks which times are already busy in our calendar. It doesn't read event details.
• Airtable: our record of calls, enquiries and contacts.
• Resend: sends the booking and enquiry emails from bookedlabs.co.
• Netlify: hosts this website and runs the booking system and the enquiry form.
• Google Fonts and Unsplash: fonts on this site and photos on the example sites load from their servers, which see your browser's address like any website would.

Google user data

Booked Labs uses Google's Calendar API only to connect our own Google Calendar: to check busy times and to create, move and cancel the calls you book. Booked Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry details while they're useful for working with you. Ask and we'll delete them.

Your choices

Email bookedlabsco@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or with any question about this page. You can cancel a booked call at any time from the link in your confirmation email.
