What we build

Kitchens

New layouts or a refresh of what's there. We handle every trade, so you deal with one person, not five.

Typically 3 to 6 weeks on site

Bathrooms

Full refits, ensuites and powder rooms, with waterproofing done properly behind every tile.

Carpentry

Built-in storage made to fit the room rather than the catalogue, finished in our own workshop.

How a project runs

Each stage is agreed before the next one starts, and you get a written update every Friday while we're on site.

Week 0Quote visit

We measure, check what's behind the walls and talk through options.

Week 1Written quote

Scope, materials, price and a start date.

Weeks 2 to 6Build

One project lead on site, a tidy space every evening, and a Friday update on what's done and what's next.

Final dayHandover

A walkthrough, a snag list we close out, and care notes.

Questions

Do you charge for the quote visit?

No. The visit and the written quote are free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

Can we live at home during the work?

Usually, yes. We plan the order of work so you always have a working bathroom, and set up a temporary kitchen if you need one.

What if something unexpected turns up?

We stop, show you, and agree any change in writing before carrying on. Nothing is added to the bill without your sign-off.

Who handles permits?

We tell you what your project needs at the quote stage and take care of the applications and inspections.
